Vimec can support the dealers in whichever part of the process they need, thanks to the specific tools and techniques that evolved in the last years, starting from the offer to installation and maintenance of tailored solution.


Pre sales services means that Vimec can provide a dedicated web profile that allows dealers to build up an offer easily, step by step by using a quick web tool – web configurator.

The web configurator allows dealers to complete all the details of the offer in 5 sections:

• General information
• Floors details
• Accessories/documents
• Packing
• Special parts

After that, each dealer can download
• Drawings and
• Files

to forward to customer.

In the general information section the dealer chooses the type of the installation, the placing of the equipment, platform details and personalization. On floor details section dealers can choose the door/gate side, the type of cladding and size. And thanks to others sections including packaging and special parts, dealers have all the details for specific offers.
After the compilation dealers get instant drawings of the tailored solution in .tiff and .dwg files. Also Vimec's Customer Care Department can support dealers by giving quick responses during pre-sales activities.
The use of the web tools during pre-sales activities give dealers the possibility to give quick answers and the best service on the requests expressed by customers, making each dealer stronger in competitive markets.
