These surveys aim to identify anonymously the margins to improve the existing tools and support that Vimec offers during all the steps of the sales activities: pre-sales, sales and after- sales.

On the other hand these tools allow to focus on the necessary steps to guarantee to get customers satisfaction. The surveys are developed in quick steps, available in three languages: English, French and Spanish. The collected answers lead Vimec towards complementary points of view and the results help Vimec to manage in more detailed ways each kind of supporting dealers in their activities.
