To support its dealers, Vimec has developed a web site www.vimec.biz with dedicated languages, focusing on consumer needs in order to collect requests from potential customer, to be forwarded directly to them. For each product consumers can find all the information about product features and technical data, in six languages. They have also the possibility to download specific brochures and to see more photos of Vimec installations.

On Vimec web site there is a Dedicated Area for Designers, where every user of the web site can find and download technical data files and drawings in Dwg for each Vimec product. In order to be able to download all these documents it is necessary to have a password that is provided after a quick registration.

In this way Vimec can strengthen its relationships improving services to get a real tailored made customer satisfaction.
